What's A Prayer Shift?

A Prayer Shift is a 24-hour prayer event that catalyzes unity in the body of Christ and sparks bold prayer by bringing together believers from at least 12 different churches for a common purpose: to pray together for the Lord to shift to our families, cities, and nations.
The idea is simple: Everyone begins together on April 11 at 7pm local time. Everyone ends together on April 12 at 7pm. Each of the 12 churches / groups takes a two-hour prayer shift, so that 24 hours of prayer and worship - in unity - fills cities around the world on the same day.
Jesus prayed for our unity in John 17:21, asking that all believers may be one just as He and the Father are one. In response to this prayer, the inaugural Prayer Shift will be on Passover weekend - April 11-12, 2025. We're trusting God for a great outpouring in cities around the world.

Why Prayer Shift?
In this unique moment, a cry goes forth from the heart of God for His bride to be unified and to be prepared. As the body of Christ comes together in different cities around the world, we embrace the timeless promises of Psalm 133: “How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity!” We expect God to pour out the oil of His Holy Spirit in powerful ways, and for the Lord to fan the flames of personal revival in our hearts and in our communities.
An invitation born in prayer
Prayer Shift was born from a prayer time where the Lord brought to mind a powerful time of encounter at the Paris House of Prayer from their first 24-hour prayer event, Sans Cesse, in October 2023. This event brought together hundreds of believers from several churches, and it ignited a prayer shift in Paris that continues to this day. In bringing up this memory, the Lord extended an invitation to the body of Christ to experience a similar encounter through unified prayer.
Prayer Shift is thereby an act of obedience to trust the Lord to move in the nations on behalf of His invitation. We invite you to share this vision, and to join us as we witness the power of God's promises bring fulfilled
